Samuel Willard’s Melon Liqueur delivers a sweet, refreshing melon flavour inspired by the famous Japanese Midori-style liqueur. With its distinctive fruity character, this essence is ideal for creating a delicious melon-flavoured addition to your home bar.

Mixing Instructions

Add the contents of the 50 ml bottle and 850 ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka to Still Spirits Top Shelf Schnapps Base.

Alternatively, use 220 g of sugar and 100 ml of liquid glucose instead of the schnapps base.

Mix thoroughly and top up to 1.125 L with water.

Each 50 ml bottle makes 1.125 L of finished melon liqueur, equivalent to one and a half 750 ml bottles.
