Description
Black Rock Apple Cider is made with apple juice concentrate produced from apples harvested in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Each kit makes 23 L of refreshing cider with a light golden colour and clean apple character.
Enjoy it as a traditional apple cider or use it as a versatile base for creating your own fruit cider. Its straightforward apple profile gives you plenty of room to experiment with additional flavours while still retaining the refreshing character you expect from a home brewed cider.
Apple Cider Kit for Home Brewing
This cider kit is a great option for brewers who enjoy a classic apple style but also want the flexibility to create something different. Brew it on its own for a clean apple cider, or experiment with fruit concentrates to develop your own flavour combinations.
Boysenberry, blueberry, raspberry and strawberry can add berry character, while citrus can provide a brighter finish. Stone fruit concentrates can also be used to create another variation on the traditional apple base.
Because you control the additions, you can keep things simple or experiment from batch to batch until you find a combination that suits your taste.
