Duotight 8mm Inline Regulator with Gauge

Description

The Duotight 8mm Inline Regulator provides compact pressure control for gas or liquid systems. With 8mm push-in connections and an integrated pressure gauge, it fits neatly into homebrew kegging and dispensing setups.

You can use the regulator with CO2, nitrogen, compressed air, water and other compatible liquids or gases. Therefore, it offers a flexible way to control pressure at different points within your system.

Integrated Pressure Gauge

The regulator includes a compact 0–60 PSI pressure gauge. As a result, you can monitor the regulated pressure directly at the point of adjustment.

The regulator body can operate over a wider pressure range. However, the fitted gauge determines the safe working pressure when installed.

Important: Never exceed 75% of the maximum pressure shown on the fitted gauge. With the supplied 0–60 PSI gauge installed, keep operating pressure within this recommended limit.

8mm Duotight Push-In Connections

Both ends use 8mm (5/16″) push-in connections. Therefore, compatible 8mm OD line pushes directly into the regulator without separate hose barbs or clamps.

For compatible line, choose either our Beer Line 4mm ID × 8mm OD or Beer Line 5mm ID × 8mm OD.

The Duotight connection system uses quality O-rings and stainless gripping teeth. Consequently, the fittings provide a secure push-in connection while remaining easy to disconnect when required.

Independent Pressure Control

An inline regulator is particularly useful when different parts of a kegging system require different pressures.

For example, you can supply several kegs from one main CO2 regulator while using inline regulators to reduce the pressure to individual kegs or branches. This makes it easier to serve different beverages at suitable dispensing pressures.

Build a Compact Regulator Manifold

Multiple Duotight inline regulators can also form a compact multi-pressure manifold. For a neat rigid connection between regulators, use our Duotight Compatible 8mm Rigid Joiner – 50mm.

The 8mm OD rigid joiner pushes directly into the compatible 8mm connections. Therefore, you can connect regulators without adding a short piece of flexible line between each unit.

This arrangement creates a compact setup while allowing each inline regulator to control a separate outlet pressure.

The Duotight 8mm Inline Regulator can control either gas or liquid pressure. Therefore, its uses extend beyond standard CO2 dispensing.

Important Check Valve Information

This regulator does not contain an integrated check valve. Therefore, install a suitable check valve separately when your system requires protection against reverse gas or liquid flow.
