The Stainless Steel Stepless Clamp 7–10 mm provides secure and even clamping around beer hose and other compatible tubing.
Unlike traditional worm-drive hose clamps, the stepless design applies pressure evenly around the hose. This helps create a secure connection without concentrating pressure on one side of the tubing.
Ideal for Our 8 mm OD Beer Line
The 7–10 mm size suits both beer lines available from DHBS:
Although both beer lines have an 8 mm outside diameter, the tubing expands when pushed over a suitable barb. Therefore, the 7–10 mm clamp provides the required clamping range for these connections.
Easy Crimp-On Installation
Position the stepless clamp over the hose connection. Then crimp the raised section closed using a suitable crimping tool. The centre cutting section of suitable pliers can also crimp the clamp.
Crimp the clamp rather than simply squeezing it flat. Correct installation allows the clamp to tighten evenly around the hose.
Neat and Secure Connection
Once fitted, a stepless clamp has no protruding screw or bolt. This creates a compact connection and reduces the chance of the clamp catching on nearby lines or equipment.
