Upon completion of an order, a tax invoice and tracking number will be sent to the email provided on the order (Please remember to look in your spam folder, where automated messages sometimes filter) Delivery updates are also provided by email from Australia Post and Aramex Couriers.

The TAX INVOICE sent by email on completion of the order contains your Australia Post Tracking Number. Orders sent by Aramex Couriers will have a seperate email to the tax invoice with a subject line (A note has been added to your order) and will contain your Aramex Couriers tracking number (Please remember to look in your spam folder, where automated messages sometimes filter)

Particularly large and/or heavy items that make a combined weight of over 5kg and do not fit into a extra large A2 sized courier satchel.
