The KegLand MK5 CO2 Regulator provides reliable pressure control for homebrew kegging and dispensing systems. Its Type 30 cylinder connection, dual gauges and tool-free design make setting up your CO2 supply simple.
Tool-Free Type 30 Connection
The MK5 regulator uses a Type 30 CO2 cylinder connection with an easy-grip hand wheel. The seal compresses as you tighten the regulator. As a result, you can create a secure connection without using specialised tools.
The hand wheel also helps reduce the risk of damaging the seal through overtightening.
Replacement Easy-Tight Washer
The Type 30 connection uses a soft red sealing washer specifically designed for the MK5 regulator.
If the original seal becomes worn or damaged, replace it with our KegLand MK5 Regulator Easy-Tight Washer.
The MK5 washer is different from the nylon washers used on earlier KegLand regulator models. Therefore, always use the correct MK5 Easy-Tight Washer with this regulator.
Dual Gauge Pressure Monitoring
Two gauges let you monitor both cylinder pressure and regulated output pressure. In addition, each gauge displays kPa, bar and PSI scales for easy reference.
The Class 2.5 gauges offer ±2.5% accuracy. Meanwhile, a green 4.5 bar (65 psi) pressure relief valve (PRV) provides pressure relief protection.
Integrated 8mm Gas Outlet
The outlet combines a ball valve, check valve and integrated 8mm push-in connection. Therefore, you can connect 8mm OD line directly to the regulator without adding a separate hose barb or clamp.
For compatible gas line, choose either our Beer Line 4mm ID × 8mm OD or Beer Line 5mm ID × 8mm OD to suit your kegging setup.
Easy Maintenance
The MK5 design gives you access to its internal regulator components from the rear. In addition, the adjustment knob includes an M8 hex fitting. This design makes it easier to open the rear assembly for cleaning if contamination enters the regulator.
The regulator also uses an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) seat cap. This tough material helps resist wear during repeated pressure adjustments and force carbonation.
