Heritage Blackstrap Barrel Aged Rum creates a rich, full-bodied navy-style rum with bold blackstrap molasses flavours and a distinctive barrel-aged character. This concentrated 125ml essence captures the deep, robust profile of a traditional dark rum.

Blackstrap molasses provides the foundation, bringing a rich, syrupy character to the finished spirit. Meanwhile, the barrel-aged flavour adds depth and complexity. Together, these elements create a bold rum-style drink suited to those who enjoy darker, more intense rum flavours.

Enjoy it neat or over ice to appreciate its rich molasses character. Alternatively, mix it with cola or ginger beer for a classic dark rum serve.

Each 125ml bottle flavours 2L of neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 125ml bottle of Heritage Blackstrap Barrel Aged Rum to a suitable mixing container.
2. Add neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV to make a total volume of 2L.
3. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
4. Transfer to bottles and allow the finished spirit to age for 14 days before drinking.

For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit. Once rested, enjoy over ice or with your favourite rum mixer.
