Description

Heritage Rum & Ginger creates a distinctive rum and ginger-style spirit for enjoying at home. This concentrated 125ml essence combines the familiar character of rum with the warming flavour of ginger.

The rum and ginger combination offers an alternative to traditional rum flavourings. Whether you enjoy a ginger-inspired spirit on its own or prefer a simple mixed drink, this essence makes it easy to prepare a batch at home.

For the full flavour experience, allow the finished spirit to age in bottles for 14 days. Then pour it over ice and enjoy. Alternatively, pair it with your favourite mixer for a refreshing rum and ginger serve.

Each 125ml bottle flavours 2L of neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 125ml bottle of Heritage Rum & Ginger to a suitable mixing container.
2. Add neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV to make a total volume of 2L.
3. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
4. Transfer to bottles and allow the finished spirit to age for 14 days before drinking.

Once rested, pour over ice to enjoy the full rum and ginger flavour.

For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit.
