Gold Medal Collection Tropical Spiced Gold Rum 662 creates an aromatic Caribbean-style gold rum with rich molasses flavours and warming tropical spices. This concentrated 40ml essence captures the character of an aged, pale Demerara-style rum.

Inspired by traditional Caribbean estate rums, this essence combines a molasses-based rum profile with cloves, ginger and cinnamon. The spices add warmth and complexity, while the underlying rum character provides a rich foundation. As a result, the finished spirit offers a distinctive balance of rum sweetness and aromatic spice.

Enjoy it over ice or mixed with cola for a classic spiced rum serve. Alternatively, pair it with ginger beer or pineapple juice to complement its tropical character.

Each 40ml bottle flavours 1.125L of neutral spirit.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 40ml bottle of Gold Medal Collection Tropical Spiced Gold Rum 662 to a suitable mixing container.
2. Add neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV to make a total volume of 1.125L.
3. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
