Inspired by classic Caribbean gold rums, this essence combines a mild molasses character with a pleasant sweetness. As a result, it creates a smooth rum that is lighter than traditional dark rum styles. Its golden colour also adds to the appeal of the finished spirit.

Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 5L of neutral spirit at approximately 40% ABV.
Mixing Instructions
- Add 10ml of Spirits Unlimited Gold Rum per litre of approximately 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
- Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
- Allow the finished spirit to age for 7 days before drinking.
During this resting period, the gentle sweetness and molasses flavours develop and blend together. As a result, the finished rum-style spirit becomes smoother and more balanced.
For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit.
