Coral Sea Essences

Coral Sea Products may be enjoyed with your favourite mixer, or simply over ice to provide a rich smooth satisfying drink.

Coral Sea Rum: When mixed according to instructions, it produces a rich, smooth, yet full bodied dark rum resembling another well known Queensland icon. Each 200ml container flavours 3.5 litres.

Sunshine Gold Rum: is supplied in 50ml bottle which is sufficient to flavour 2.25 litres of alcohol. The product is not quite as sweet as Coral Sea Rum Essence, but still retains the character. Very good results can be had by adding the essence to a base soaked on American Oak Chip.
