Description

Edwards Essences Black Sambuca creates a rich, full-flavoured Italian-style liqueur with a strong black aniseed taste and deep liquorice notes. This distinctive flavouring delivers a bold, aromatic character with a smooth sweetness and a lingering finish.

Perfect for enjoying neat or over ice to appreciate its intense aniseed and liquorice flavours. It also makes an excellent addition to coffee or your favourite liqueur cocktails.

Each 50ml bottle makes approximately 1.4 litres of finished liqueur when mixed according to the instructions below.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add 50ml of the essence to 1.15 litres of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
2. Add 320g of sugar.
3. Shake well until the sugar dissolves and all ingredients combine.
4. Enjoy neat, over ice or in your favourite liqueur cocktails.

Each 50ml bottle produces approximately 1.4 litres of finished black sambuca-style liqueur.
