Edwards Essences Rocky Road creates a deliciously indulgent liqueur with the familiar flavours of fluffy marshmallows, sweet coconut and rich milk chocolate. This delightful combination captures the taste of a classic rocky road treat in a smooth, sweet liqueur.

Each 50ml bottle makes approximately 1.4 litres of finished liqueur when mixed according to the instructions below.
Mixing Instructions
- Add 50ml of the essence to 850ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
- Add 350g of white sugar and 260ml of water.
- Shake well until the sugar dissolves and all ingredients combine.
- Enjoy over ice, in dessert cocktails or with your favourite sweet treats.
