Gold Medal Collection Tropical Spiced Dark Rum 658 creates a rich, aromatic dark rum-style spirit with deep molasses flavours and a distinctive tropical spice character.

Inspired by aged dark molasses rum, this concentrated 40ml essence combines a full-bodied rum profile with a blend of five tropical spices. Together, they create an inviting aroma and a layered flavour that brings warmth and depth to the finished spirit.

Each 40ml bottle flavours 1.125L of neutral spirit.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 40ml bottle of Gold Medal Collection Tropical Spiced Dark Rum 658 to a suitable mixing container.
2. Add neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV to make a total volume of 1.125L.
3. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
