Heritage Demarara Golden Cane Rum creates a smooth, pale golden rum-style spirit with delicate sugarcane flavours. This concentrated 125ml essence captures the lighter character of a traditional golden cane rum.

Unlike darker molasses-based rum styles, this essence focuses on a gentle sugarcane profile. Its pale colour and light flavour make it an approachable choice for those who prefer a softer rum character. As a result, the finished spirit is well suited to a variety of refreshing drinks.

Enjoy it over ice or mixed with cola for a simple rum serve. Alternatively, pair it with pineapple juice or use it to create tropical rum cocktails at home.

Each 125ml bottle flavours 2L of neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 125ml bottle of Heritage Demarara Golden Cane Rum to a suitable mixing container.
2. Add neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV to make a total volume of 2L.
3. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
4. Transfer to bottles and allow the finished spirit to age for 14 days before drinking.

For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit. Once rested, enjoy over ice or with your favourite rum mixer.
