Heritage Marsala Sherry creates a traditional Marsala Sherry-style drink for enjoying at home. This concentrated 125ml essence offers an alternative to conventional whisky, rum and bourbon flavourings, bringing a classic fortified wine-inspired style to your homemade spirit collection.

Inspired by the character of Marsala and sherry, this flavouring is suited to those who enjoy traditional aperitif and after-dinner drinks. It also provides another option for entertaining or preparing a selection of homemade spirit-style beverages.

Enjoy it over ice to appreciate the full flavour. Alternatively, serve a small measure as an after-dinner drink or experiment with your favourite mixed drinks.

Each 125ml bottle flavours 2L of neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 125ml bottle of Heritage Marsala Sherry to a suitable mixing container.
2. Add neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV to make a total volume of 2L.
3. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
4. Transfer to bottles and allow the finished spirit to age for 14 days before drinking.

Once rested, pour over ice to enjoy the full Marsala Sherry-style flavour.

For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit.
