Description

Impressence Malt Whisky delivers the distinctive character of traditional smoky malt whisky. With rich peat notes, warming spice and vibrant smoky flavours, this essence creates a full-bodied whisky-style spirit with depth and complexity.

Its carefully balanced flavour profile combines smoky peat with a mellow foundation of smooth vanilla. Meanwhile, a lingering zesty finish adds brightness and balance to the traditional malt whisky character.

Each 50ml sachet flavours 1.25 litres of neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV. For additional smoothness and complexity, allow your finished whisky-style spirit to rest for at least 24 hours before drinking.

You can also age it with oak chips or in an oak barrel to develop further depth and enhance its traditional whisky character.

Enjoy your finished spirit neat, over ice or with a splash of water to appreciate its distinctive smoky flavour.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet to a suitable mixing vessel.
2. Top up to 1.25 litres with high-quality neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV.
3. Rinse any remaining flavouring from the sachet with a small amount of the alcohol.
4. Mix thoroughly and allow to rest for at least 24 hours before enjoying.

For additional oak character, consider ageing your finished spirit with oak chips or in an oak barrel.
