Impressence Strawberry Schnapps

Description

Create a delicious homemade strawberry liqueur with Impressence Strawberry Schnapps. This 50ml sachet delivers a sweet, rich strawberry flavour complemented by a lingering fresh fruit aroma and a smooth, refreshing finish.

Perfect for enjoying chilled, shaken over ice or mixed into fruity cocktails, this essence makes it easy to prepare your own strawberry schnapps at home.

Each sachet makes 1.25L of finished schnapps when prepared according to the instructions below.

Recommended Mixing Instructions

For the ideal sweetness and consistency, we recommend using Impressence Schnapps Base.

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet of Impressence Strawberry Schnapps to 600ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
2. Add the entire contents of one Impressence Schnapps Base 210ml sachet.
3. Top up to 1.25L with water.
4. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.

Alternative Mixing Method

If you prefer to use sugar instead of a prepared schnapps base:

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet to 600ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
2. Dissolve 180g of sugar into the flavoured spirit.
3. Top up to 1.25L with water.
4. Mix thoroughly until the sugar has completely dissolved.

The sugar may take a little longer to dissolve. Continue stirring until the mixture is fully combined.

This method produces approximately 1.25L of finished schnapps at 20% ABV with 15% sugar.

For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit.
