Premium Bourbon

A full flavoured sour mash-style bourbon with a robust grain backbone and restrained aroma. Rich and smooth, delivering depth and warmth without the perfumed or scented notes found in some bourbon styles.

Instructions – Add 10ml per litre of ~40% spirit. Mix well & age for 7 days. Makes up to 5L.

Ingredients – Sugar (Sucrose), Water, Natural Flavour Extracts, Caramel (150), Preservative (202, 211).
