Samuel Willard’s Coconut Rum Liqueur delivers a delicious tropical coconut flavour with the smooth character of rum. This sweet, refreshing liqueur essence is ideal for creating a coconut rum-style drink to enjoy at home.

Serve Coconut Rum Liqueur over ice or mix it with pineapple juice for a refreshing tropical drink. Its coconut flavour also makes it a versatile addition to cocktails, particularly those featuring pineapple, citrus or other tropical fruit flavours.

Mixing Instructions

Add the contents of the 50 ml bottle and 620 ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka to Still Spirits Liqueur Base B.

Alternatively, use 220 g of sugar and 50 ml of liquid glucose instead of the liqueur base.

Mix thoroughly and top up to 1.125 L with water.

Each 50 ml bottle makes 1.125 L of finished coconut rum liqueur, equivalent to one and a half 750 ml bottles.
