Inspired by the classic Italian liqueur dating back to the 1800s, this flavouring is perfect for enjoying neat with a few floating coffee beans, traditionally known as sambuca con la mosca. It can also be enjoyed as a chilled shot or served over ice for a refreshing after-dinner drink.

Mixing Instructions

Add the contents of the 375 ml bottle to neutral spirit or vodka and mix thoroughly to make 1.125 L of finished sambuca liqueur.

Each 375 ml bottle makes 1.125 L of flavoured beverage, equivalent to one and a half 750 ml bottles.
