Create your own elderflower-style liqueur with Still Spirits Top Shelf Select Elderflower Flavouring. Featuring a delicate floral flavour with a refreshing sweetness, this flavouring is ideal for making a delicious elderflower liqueur at home.
Perfect for enjoying chilled, over ice or adding a floral twist to your favourite cocktails. Try mixing with sparkling wine, soda water or tonic for a refreshing drink.
Mixing Instructions
Sugar separation occurs naturally. Shake well before use and stand the bottle in warm water if needed.
- Add the entire 330ml bottle of flavouring to a 1 litre bottle.
- Add 170ml of water.
- Top up to 1 litre with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
- Mix thoroughly before serving.
Yield: Makes 1 litre of elderflower-style liqueur.
