Create your own rhubarb and ginger gin-style spirit with Still Spirits Top Shelf Select Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Flavouring. Combining sweet rhubarb and warming ginger notes with a refreshing botanical base, this flavouring delivers a delicious balance of fruity sweetness and gentle spice.

Perfect for enjoying over ice, mixing with tonic water or creating refreshing gin-style cocktails at home.

Mixing Instructions

Sugar separation occurs naturally. Shake well before use and stand the bottle in warm water if needed.

1. Add the entire 330ml bottle of flavouring to a 1 litre bottle.
2. Add 170ml of water.
3. Top up to 1 litre with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
4. Mix thoroughly before serving.

Yield: Makes 1 litre of rhubarb and ginger gin-style spirit.
