Description

Create a delicious Irish cream-style liqueur with Still Spirits Top Shelf Select Shamrock Cream Flavouring & Base. Featuring a distinctive sweet and creamy taste with subtle notes of chocolate and coffee, this flavouring is perfect for making a smooth, indulgent cream liqueur at home.

Combine with the included Still Spirits Cream Liqueur Base and neutral spirit or vodka to create a rich, creamy liqueur. Enjoy chilled, over ice or added to your favourite coffee.

Mixing Instructions

Sugar separation occurs naturally. Shake well before use and stand the bottle in warm water if needed.

1. Pre-mix 70ml of warm water with 250ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
2. Add the mixture to the Still Spirits Cream Liqueur Base 215g while whisking thoroughly.
3. Add the Shamrock Cream Flavouring.
4. Top up to 1 litre with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka and mix well.

Yield: Makes 1 litre of Shamrock Cream-style liqueur.

Water, invert sugar syrup, fructose syrup, glucose syrup, flavourings (barley), colour (caramel (E150d)), preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate).
