Top Shelf Dry Vermouth

Description

Top Shelf Dry Vermouth creates an Italian-style dry vermouth flavouring that can be prepared using distilled spirit or vodka, or made with dry white wine for a wine-based alternative. Ideal for enjoying chilled or using in classic cocktails such as a Dry Martini.

Mixing Instructions

Shake well before use.

Spirit-Based Version

Add the contents of this flavouring and 450 ml of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka to 625 ml of water. Mix well.

Wine-Based Version

Alternatively, add the contents of this flavouring and 150 ml of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka to 925 ml of dry white wine. Mix well.

Ingredients

Invert syrup, water, glucose syrup, flavourings, tartaric acid, colour (E150d), preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate), colour (E104).
