Top Shelf Pineapple Gin creates a sweet, fruity gin-style spirit flavouring with juicy pineapple notes balanced by juniper and botanical spice. Ideal for enjoying over ice, mixing with tonic or adding a tropical twist to your favourite gin cocktails.
Mixing Instructions
Shake well and add contents to 225 g of sugar.
Top up to 2.25 L with 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Makes three 750 ml bottles.
Vary sugar to taste.
