Top Shelf Pineapple Rum creates a vibrant tropical rum-style spirit flavouring with tangy pineapple balanced by warming spice notes. Ideal for enjoying over ice, mixing with cola or adding a fruity twist to your favourite rum cocktails.
Mixing Instructions
Shake well and add contents to 180 g of sugar.
Top up to 2.25 L with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Makes three 750 ml bottles.
Vary sugar to taste.
