Description
Top Shelf Ruby Port creates a rich ruby port-style drink with a smooth, velvety texture. Ideal for enjoying as an after-dinner drink or pairing with desserts and cheese.
Mixing Instructions
Shake well before use.
Dissolve a packet of Top Shelf Liqueur Base B in one 750 ml bottle of red wine (Merlot).
Add the contents of this essence and 770 ml of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Top up to 2.25 L with water.
Add sugar to taste if a sweeter port is desired.
Makes three 750 ml bottles.
