Create a classic Australian rum-style spirit with Spirits Unlimited Queensland Rum. This concentrated 50ml essence delivers bold sugarcane flavours, rich molasses sweetness and a warm oak character.
Inspired by traditional Queensland rum styles, this essence produces a distinctive reddish colour and a rich, full-bodied flavour. The strong molasses notes combine with a noticeable oak influence, creating a smooth yet robust spirit with plenty of character.
Enjoy it neat, over ice or mixed with your favourite rum mixers. Whether you prefer a classic rum and cola or a refreshing ginger beer cocktail, this essence offers a familiar Australian rum experience.
Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 5L of neutral spirit at approximately 40% ABV.
Mixing Instructions
- Add 10ml of Spirits Unlimited Queensland Rum per litre of approximately 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
- Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
- Allow the finished spirit to age for 7 days before drinking.
During this resting period, the molasses, sugarcane and oak flavours develop and blend together. As a result, the finished rum-style spirit becomes smoother and more balanced.
For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit.
