This concentrated 40ml essence captures the character of traditional sour mash bourbon. Its high-corn flavour profile brings a gentle sweetness, while the vanilla notes add warmth and depth. As a result, the finished spirit offers a mellow bourbon character without an overpowering finish.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 40ml bottle of Gold Medal Collection Sour Mash Bourbon 650 to a suitable mixing container.
2. Add neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV to make a total volume of 1.125L.
3. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
