Edwards Essences Cattle Dog creates a smooth peanut butter whiskey-style liqueur with subtle hints of vanilla and caramel. This indulgent flavouring combines rich, buttery peanut notes with the gentle warmth of whiskey for a deliciously smooth and satisfying taste.

Perfect for enjoying over ice or sipping neat to appreciate its distinctive peanut butter character. It also makes an excellent addition to dessert cocktails, milkshakes and coffee. For those who enjoy a sweeter liqueur, adjust the amount of sugar or sweetener to suit your personal taste.

Each 50ml bottle makes approximately 1.2 litres of finished liqueur when mixed according to the instructions below.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add 50ml of the essence to 1150ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
2. Add 320g of sugar or sweetener, adjusting the amount to suit your taste.
3. Shake well until the sugar dissolves and all ingredients combine.
4. Enjoy neat, over ice or in your favourite dessert cocktails.
