Description

Heritage Pimms creates a refreshing gin-style cocktail liqueur with herbal botanicals, warming spices and caramelised orange flavours. This concentrated 125ml essence delivers a distinctive deep red colour and a complex flavour suited to classic summer drinks.

Inspired by traditional fruit cup liqueurs, this flavouring combines a gin-style base with aromatic herbs and spices. Meanwhile, caramelised orange adds a rich citrus character that complements the botanical notes. Together, these flavours create a refreshing cocktail-style spirit with plenty of versatility.

Enjoy it over ice with lemonade, fresh cucumber and sliced fruit for a classic summer serve. Alternatively, mix it with ginger ale or use it as the base for a refreshing fruit cup cocktail.

Each 125ml bottle flavours 1L of neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 125ml bottle of Heritage Pimms to a suitable mixing container.
2. Add neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV to make a total volume of 1L.
3. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
4. Transfer to bottles and allow the finished spirit to age for 14 days before drinking.

Once rested, pour over ice or combine with your favourite cocktail mixers to enjoy the full flavour.

For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit.
