Description
Edwards Essences Coconut Rum creates a delicious tropical liqueur with fresh coconut flavour and the rich character of Jamaican-style rum. This smooth, refreshing combination delivers a taste of the tropics with a sweet coconut finish.
Perfect for enjoying over ice or mixing with pineapple juice for a refreshing tropical drink. It also works exceptionally well with a cream base, creating a rich and indulgent coconut rum liqueur. Alternatively, use it in your favourite tropical cocktails or dessert-inspired drinks.
Each 50ml bottle makes approximately 1.4 litres of finished liqueur when mixed according to the instructions below.
Mixing Instructions
- Add 50ml of the essence to 850ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
- Add 350g of white sugar and 260ml of water.
- Shake well until the sugar dissolves and all ingredients combine.
- Enjoy over ice, with pineapple juice or in your favourite tropical cocktails.
