Cluster T90 Hop Pellets are an Australian dual-purpose hop with a strongly resinous character, balanced bitterness and a notable herbal profile.

Suitable for both bittering and later hop additions, Cluster offers plenty of versatility across lager and ale styles. In addition, its firm bitterness and distinctive resinous, herbal character make it useful throughout the brewing process.

Brewing with Cluster Hops

As a dual-purpose variety, Cluster provides bitterness when added early in the boil. Alternatively, later additions bring more of its resinous and herbal character into the finished beer.
