Edwards Essences Captain Jack Spicy Rum creates a rich Caribbean-style spiced rum with a bold blend of warming spices and a smooth, satisfying character. Inspired by the flavours of the Caribbean, this rum flavouring delivers a deliciously spiced experience that is perfect for enjoying over ice or mixed with cola, ginger ale or your favourite mixer.

Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 3.5 litres of spirit.

Mixing Instructions

  1. Add 10ml (2 capfuls) of the essence to 700ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
  2. Shake well to combine.
  3. Enjoy over ice, with cola, ginger ale or your favourite mixer.

Each 10ml serving produces 700ml of finished spiced rum-style spirit. A full 50ml bottle makes up to 3.5 litres.
