Edwards Essences Shamrock Malt Whiskey creates a rich Irish-style whiskey with a dark, velvety character and delicate fruity notes. Smooth and satisfying, this malt whiskey flavouring delivers a gentle sweetness that lingers on the palate, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy a mellow, full-flavoured whiskey.

Perfect for sipping neat or enjoying over ice to appreciate its smooth, fruity character. Alternatively, mix with ginger ale, cola or your favourite mixer for a refreshing whiskey experience.

Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 3.5 litres of spirit.

Mixing Instructions

  1. Add 10ml (2 capfuls) of the essence to 700ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
  2. Shake well to combine.
  3. Enjoy neat, over ice or with your favourite mixer.

Each 10ml serving produces 700ml of finished Irish-style whiskey spirit. A full 50ml bottle makes up to 3.5 litres.
