Edwards Essences Ouzo creates a traditional Greek-style spirit with a distinctive aniseed flavour and a silky smooth character. Inspired by the classic taste of the Greek Isles, this flavouring delivers a refreshing Mediterranean experience with a rich, aromatic finish.

Perfect for enjoying neat, over ice or with a splash of chilled water. Its distinctive aniseed character also makes it an excellent choice for those who enjoy traditional Mediterranean spirits.

Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 3.5 litres of spirit.

Mixing Instructions

  1. Add 10ml (2 capfuls) of the essence to 700ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
  2. Shake well to combine.
  3. Enjoy neat, over ice or with a splash of chilled water.

Each 10ml serving produces 700ml of finished ouzo-style spirit. A full 50ml bottle makes up to 3.5 litres.
