Description

Edwards Essences Rum creates a classic Queensland-style golden rum with a rich, distinctive character and subtle notes of burnt molasses. Inspired by traditional Australian rum, this flavouring delivers a smooth, full-bodied taste with the familiar warmth of a golden rum.

Perfect for enjoying over ice or mixed with cola, where its rich molasses character blends beautifully with the sweetness of the mixer. It also pairs well with ginger ale or your favourite rum cocktails.

Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 3.5 litres of spirit.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add 10ml (2 capfuls) of the essence to 700ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
2. Shake well to combine.
3. Enjoy over ice, with cola, ginger ale or your favourite mixer.

Each 10ml serving produces 700ml of finished golden rum-style spirit. A full 50ml bottle makes up to 3.5 litres.
