Edwards Essences Sapphire Blue Gin creates a premium gin-style spirit with a rich, highly aromatic character and a carefully balanced blend of botanical flavours. Subtle juniper berry notes are complemented by a variety of herbs and botanical extracts, delivering a refreshing and sophisticated gin experience.

This gin flavouring is ideal for enjoying with tonic water, soda water or as the base for your favourite gin cocktails. Serve over ice with a slice of lemon or lime for a refreshing drink.

Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 3.5 litres of spirit.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add 10ml (2 capfuls) of the essence to 700ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
2. Shake well to combine.
3. Enjoy over ice with tonic water, soda water or your favourite mixer.

Each 10ml serving produces 700ml of finished gin-style spirit. A full 50ml bottle makes up to 3.5 litres.
