Edwards Essences Honey Bourbon creates a wonderfully smooth bourbon-style spirit with the rich, distinctive character of honey. This flavouring combines the warmth of traditional bourbon with a mellow honey sweetness, delivering a smooth and satisfying finish.

Perfect for enjoying on the rocks or adding to your favourite premium cocktails. Its rich honey character also pairs beautifully with cola, lemonade or ginger ale for a refreshing mixed drink.

For those who prefer a sweeter finish, add a little sugar to enhance the honey flavour and create a richer, more indulgent spirit.

Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 3.5 litres of spirit.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add 10ml (2 capfuls) of the essence to 700ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
2. Shake well to combine.
3. Add a little sugar if desired to enhance the honey sweetness.
4. Enjoy over ice, in cocktails or with your favourite mixer.

Each 10ml serving produces 700ml of finished honey bourbon-style spirit. A full 50ml bottle makes up to 3.5 litres.
