Edwards Essences Iceberg Rum creates a classic Australian-style rum with a distinctive burnt molasses flavour and a rich, full-bodied character. Inspired by the familiar taste of traditional Australian red rum, this flavouring delivers a bold, satisfying rum experience with a smooth finish.

Perfect for enjoying over ice or mixed with cola, where its rich molasses character blends beautifully with the sweetness of the mixer. It can also be enjoyed with ginger ale or used as the base for your favourite rum cocktails.

Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 3.5 litres of spirit.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add 10ml (2 capfuls) of the essence to 700ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
2. Shake well to combine.
3. Enjoy over ice, with cola, ginger ale or your favourite mixer.

Each 10ml serving produces 700ml of finished Australian-style rum. A full 50ml bottle makes up to 3.5 litres.
