Edwards Essences White Sambuca

Description

Edwards Essences White Sambuca creates a clear, richly flavoured liqueur with the distinctive taste of aniseed. Its bold liquorice character and satisfying sweetness capture the familiar flavour of traditional white sambuca.

Enjoy this classic liqueur neat, over ice or as an after-dinner drink. For a traditional serving, add a few coffee beans to your glass. Its strong aniseed flavour also makes it a distinctive addition to cocktails.

Each 50ml bottle makes approximately 1.4 litres of finished liqueur when mixed according to the instructions below.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add 50ml of the essence to 1.15 litres of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
2. Add 320g of sugar.
3. Shake well until the sugar dissolves and all ingredients combine.
4. Enjoy neat, over ice or with coffee beans.
