The Still Spirits Heat Turbo Pack is a convenient fermentation pack containing Still Spirits Heat Turbo Yeast, Still Spirits Turbo Carbon and Still Spirits Turbo Clear. Designed for fermentation in warmer conditions, this combination provides the ingredients needed to produce a high-alcohol wash ready for distillation.

Still Spirits Heat Turbo Yeast contains a blend of yeast and nutrients formulated to support fermentation at higher temperatures. This makes it particularly useful during warmer weather when maintaining lower fermentation temperatures can be difficult.

Meanwhile, Still Spirits Turbo Carbon helps absorb unwanted compounds during fermentation. Once fermentation is complete, Still Spirits Turbo Clear helps remove suspended yeast, carbon and other unwanted particles. As a result, you get a clearer wash ready for the next stage.

Pack Contents

• 1 × 141 g Still Spirits Heat Turbo Yeast
• 1 × 130 g Still Spirits Turbo Clear
• 1 × 130 g Still Spirits Turbo Carbon

Mixing Instructions

1. Clean and sanitise all fermentation equipment before use.
2. Prepare the required amount of water at the recommended starting temperature indicated on the back of the yeast sachet.
3. Add the recommended quantity of sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Next, add the Still Spirits Heat Turbo Yeast and Still Spirits Turbo Carbon, then mix thoroughly.
5. Allow fermentation to complete before beginning the clearing process.
6. Still Spirits Turbo Clear Part A: Stir the wash vigorously to remove dissolved gas. Once degassed, add Part A and stir well. Leave to stand for 1 hour.
7. Still Spirits Turbo Clear Part B: Slowly pour Part B evenly over the wash while stirring gently to distribute it. Avoid vigorous stirring, as this can disrupt the clearing process.
8. Finally, leave the wash to clear for at least 24 hours. During this time, suspended yeast, carbon and other unwanted compounds will settle to the bottom of the fermenter.

Heat Turbo Yeast: Yeast nutrients, bentonite, dried yeast, silicon dioxide, vitamins, trace minerals and antifoaming agent.

Turbo Clear: Water, silicic acid, acid (malic acid), chitosan (crustaceans) and preservative (sodium metabisulphite).

Turbo Carbon: Water, activated carbon, xanthan gum and preservative (sodium metabisulphite).

Allergen Information: Contains sulphites and crustaceans.
