Impressence Amaretto Liqueur

Create a delicious homemade Italian-style liqueur with Impressence Amaretto Liqueur. This 50ml sachet delivers the classic combination of sweet almond and cherry flavours, producing a smooth, rich liqueur with a beautifully balanced finish.

Perfect for enjoying over ice, adding to coffee or mixing into cocktails, this essence makes it easy to prepare your own amaretto-style liqueur at home.

Each sachet flavours 1.25L of finished liqueur when prepared according to the instructions below.

Recommended Mixing Instructions

For the ideal sweetness and consistency, we recommend using Impressence Liqueur Base C.

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet of Impressence Amaretto Liqueur to 600ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
2. Add the entire contents of 2 x Impressence Liqueur Base C 250ml sachets.
3. Top up to 1.25L with water.
4. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.

Alternative Mixing Method

If you prefer to use sugar instead of a prepared liqueur base:

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet to 600ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
2. Dissolve 437g of sugar into the flavoured spirit.
3. Top up to 1.25L with water.
4. Mix thoroughly until the sugar has completely dissolved.

This method produces approximately 1.25L of finished liqueur at 20% ABV with 35% sugar.

For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit.
