Impressence Apritzo Aperitivo

Description

Impressence Apritzo Aperitivo delivers a refreshing balance of bittersweet orange, rhubarb and aromatic spices. This vibrant aperitivo-style essence creates a deliciously refreshing liqueur with the distinctive citrus character and gentle bitterness associated with traditional Italian aperitivos.

Its combination of sweet orange, subtle bitterness and warming spice makes it an excellent choice for summer entertaining. Enjoy it over ice or combine it with Prosecco and soda water to create a refreshing spritz-style cocktail.

Each 50ml sachet makes 1.25 litres of finished aperitivo at approximately 11% ABV, with a sugar content of 34%.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet to 350ml of high-quality neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV.
2. Add 425g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Top up to a total volume of 1.25 litres with water.
4. Mix thoroughly before enjoying.

The finished aperitivo will contain approximately 11% ABV and 34% sugar.

For a refreshing summer spritz, serve over ice with Prosecco and soda water.
