Description
The Ball Lock Keg Liquid Post – 19/32″ is a replacement liquid-out post for compatible Cornelius-style ball lock kegs.
It features a 19/32″ female thread and includes the post O-ring. However, the internal spring and poppet are not included.
Liquid-Out Ball Lock Post
This post fits the liquid-out side of a compatible ball lock keg. Therefore, it provides the connection point for a liquid ball lock disconnect when dispensing or transferring beverages from the keg.
Gas and liquid ball lock posts are different. In particular, this liquid post has a smooth base without the score or strike marking normally used to identify the gas post.
A liquid ball lock disconnect should only connect to the liquid post. Likewise, a gas ball lock disconnect belongs on the gas post.
Compatible Liquid Disconnects
For a traditional barbed beverage-line connection, use our Ball Lock Disconnect – Black Liquid Barb.
Alternatively, our Duotight 8mm Ball Lock Disconnect – Black/Yellow Liquid provides an integrated 8mm push-in connection for compatible beverage line.
Both disconnects attach directly to this liquid post, giving you a choice between a traditional hose barb or a Duotight push-in connection.
Compatible Ball Lock Kegs
This 19/32″ liquid post suits compatible Cornelius-style ball lock kegs, including our 19L Ball Lock Keg – Stainless Steeland 9.5L Ball Lock Keg – Stainless Steel.
However, keg post threads can vary between manufacturers and older keg designs. Therefore, check the thread on your existing keg before ordering a replacement post.
Post O-Ring Included
The liquid post includes a Ball Lock Keg Post O-Ring – Yellow Liquid.
The O-ring seals around the outside of the post and also provides the sealing surface for the liquid disconnect. As a result, keeping this seal in good condition helps maintain a reliable liquid connection.
Spring and Poppet Not Included
The internal spring and poppet are not included with this replacement post.
