Impressence Melon Liqueur

Description

Impressence Melon Liqueur delivers the sweet, refreshing character of ripe honeydew melon. With its vibrant green colour and fresh tropical flavour, this essence creates a smooth melon-style liqueur that is perfect for cocktails and summer entertaining.

Its distinctive flavour combines juicy melon sweetness with a refreshing finish. As a result, the finished liqueur adds both colour and flavour to your favourite mixed drinks.

Each 50ml sachet makes 1.25 litres of finished melon liqueur when combined with neutral spirit and Impressence Schnapps Base. The base provides the recommended sweetness and consistency for a smooth finish.

Alternatively, you can prepare it using sugar instead of the schnapps base.

Enjoy your finished melon liqueur over ice, mixed with lemonade or combined with pineapple juice for a refreshing tropical cocktail. Furthermore, its bright green colour makes it an excellent addition to colourful party drinks.

Mixing Instructions

For the recommended sweetness and consistency:

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet to 600ml of high-quality neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV.
2. Add the entire contents of Impressence Schnapps Base (210ml sachet).
3. Top up to a total volume of 1.25 litres with water.
4. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.

Alternative Mixing Method

If you prefer to use sugar instead of Impressence Schnapps Base:

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet to 600ml of neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV.
2. Add 180g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Top up to a total volume of 1.25 litres with water.
4. Mix thoroughly before enjoying.

The sugar may take a little longer to dissolve. However, this is normal and will not affect the finished liqueur.

When prepared using the alternative method, the finished liqueur will contain approximately 20% ABV and 15% sugar.
