Impressence Coffee Liqueur

Description

Impressence Coffee Liqueur delivers the rich, indulgent character of traditional coffee liqueur. With its intense coffee aroma, deep roasted coffee flavour and smooth, velvety sweetness, this essence creates a delicious drink for coffee lovers.

Its rich flavour combines bold coffee notes with buttery smoothness and a pleasant sweetness. As a result, the finished liqueur is perfect for enjoying on its own or mixing into your favourite cocktails. Furthermore, its deep coffee character makes it an excellent addition to dessert drinks.

Each 50ml sachet makes 1.25 litres of finished coffee liqueur when combined with neutral spirit and two sachets of Impressence Liqueur Base C. The liqueur base provides the recommended sweetness and thickness for a smooth finish.

Alternatively, you can prepare it using sugar instead of the liqueur base.

Finally, enjoy your finished coffee liqueur over ice, poured over vanilla ice cream or shaken into a delicious espresso martini.

Mixing Instructions

For the recommended sweetness and consistency:

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet to 650ml of high-quality neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV.
2. Add the entire contents of 2 x Impressence Liqueur Base C sachets.
3. Top up to a total volume of 1.25 litres with water.
4. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.

Alternative Mixing Method

If you prefer to use sugar instead of Impressence Liqueur Base C:

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet to 650ml of neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV.
2. Add 500g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Top up to a total volume of 1.25 litres with water.
4. Mix thoroughly before enjoying.

The sugar may take a little longer to dissolve due to the quantity required. However, this is normal and will not affect the finished liqueur.

When prepared using the alternative method, the finished liqueur will contain approximately 21% ABV and 40% sugar.
