Irish Cream Flavouring
Usage Instructions
Option 1: Add entire 50mL contents of Impressence – Irish Cream Spirit Flavouring sachet to 225g Sugar, 500ml Cream and 530mL of 40% ABV Alcohol. Mix thoroughly with Whisk and Top up to 1.25L with water. Store in fridge and consume within 5 days.
Option 2: Slowly add Still Spirits Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base to 220ml hot water. Mix thoroughly with whisk/stick blender. Add entire 50mL contents of Impressence – Irish Cream Spirit Flavouring sachet and add 530mL of 40% ABV Alcohol. Top up to 1.25L with water. Can be kept for up to 1 month at room temperature or 6 months in the fridge.
This will give you a final product of 17% ABV with 18% Sugar.
For best results we recommend using neutral, high quality alcohol.
