Description

Enhance your homemade spirits and wines with Still Spirits Profile Range Mellow Oak Flavouring. This oak extract adds mellow oak character to your finished beverages, helping you develop a more rounded and balanced flavour profile.

Ideal for brandy, whiskey, dark rum and bourbon-style spirits, Mellow Oak allows you to customise the oak character of your creations without the need for traditional barrel ageing.

Mixing Instructions

1. Shake the 50ml bottle well before use.
2. Add 1–5ml of flavouring per litre of spirit, adjusting to taste.
3. Mix thoroughly and allow the spirit to rest for 7–10 days to let the oak character fully develop.

Recommended For: Brandy, whiskey, dark rum and bourbon-style spirits.
